TDS Version 5.0.0.2

After releasing TDS Version 5.0 we were sent a few bugs. We just released our completed build that fixes the reported bugs. The reported issues were:
- TDS build failed when a .dll that is not a .net assembly is included in the /bin folder of a deployment.
- Builds from the command line failed when the TDS project had validators enabled.
